In-App Purchases

Billing details related to purchases are processed by secure third-party payment providers. No payment card details are stored directly by the app.

With Clerk (for sign-in/authentication functionality).
With Supabase (secure cloud database provider).

We do not share your sensitive health or behavioral data with advertisers, insurance companies, or third parties not involved in service provision.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated records; data is permanently deleted from Supabase when you make this request.
You can update permissions and manage notifications and other privacy settings in-app.
For iOS users, explicit consent is required for any tracking, and opt-out mechanisms are provided as required under Apple's guidelines.

All data is protected by industry-standard encryption and strict access controls during storage and transmission.
Supabase's database employs robust security, including Row-Level Security to ensure only you can access your records.
Measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access, prevent re-identification, and minimize data collection.

6. Sensitive Content & App Safety

The app is not intended for children, and users under the age specified by law should not use it.
Content related to addiction and pornography is handled sensitively, with privacy warnings and user control features to prevent unwanted exposure.
Any user-generated content that is illegal or violates Supabase, Play Store, or App Store policies will be removed and reported as necessary.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active or as required by law.
You may request deletion at any time; deletion requests are honored promptly.

This policy may be updated, and changes will be communicated in-app and on our website.
